- Section 3 indicates that 4 courses are required. It is actually 3 noted above.
- Section 5 on Residency – Manitoba Practitioners may leave that blank as there is no option has been added yet for out of Province applicants
- Section 6 on Revocation – Rather than membership in NBCDA, it should read “Membership in NBCDA or a Provincial Career Development Association.
- Section 7 on Membership – MACD Members can leave blank, and provide proof of membership in the MACD when related documents are submitted.

A professional certification is a standard of practice set out by a professional governing body. The governing body clearly articulates the competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities/attributes) necessary to delivery a standard of excellence in a field of practice.
