Parking: You should be able to easily find parking, just watch for Reserved signs

Lego™ Serious Play™ is a facilitated thinking, communicating and problem-solving technique for use in businesses, organizations, classrooms and teams.
Seating is very limited (10), so please register early to avoid disappointment.
Due to the numbers of MACD members and the limited seating, this workshop will only be available to those whom have yet to experience the Lego™ Serious Play™ methodology.

The Behavioural Model of Facilitation
Come on out and get a chance to experience the engaging power of the Behavioural Model of Facilitation.
In this 2 hour workshop you will be able to:
While not insensitive to an individual’s feelings, the Behavioural Model of Facilitation focuses on action-oriented process in an intensive and structured learning situation where the factors known to facilitate learning are maximized. The Winnipeg Transition Centre and Ron Bartlette have used, tweaked and then taught the Behavioural Model of Facilitation since 1989 and have found it to be highly effective.
Behaviourism focuses on the actions required for change. When applied to facilitating, the facilitator assists the participant in obtaining specific skills and knowledge. This approach is both outcome-oriented and process-oriented.
